Why do a peel?
Skin cells are in a constant cycle of renewal with the older cells being pushed to the outer layers to eventually slough off. In our teens, 20s and early 30s this renewal process happens every 28-32 days. As we age, the process slows and dead skin cells build up on the surface, creating a dull appearance. Cell build-up also occurs within the pores on oilier skin types who are prone to acne and break-outs.
